⋆ you may not claim artwork as your own or redistribute it without credit.
⋆ you may not use artwork for monetary gain, such as selling it as merchandise/prints or NFT/crypto.
⋆ you may not use my artwork for artificial intelligence (ai).
⋆ you may not use artwork as branding.
⋆ you may not modify the artwork in any way.
⋆ you may print artwork for yourself or use it for physical items for yourself, as long as it it not being sold to others.
⋆ you may use artwork for online profile customization with credit.

⋆ as mentioned before, payment comes first.
⋆ sketches are often on paper. if only commissioning a sketch, please clarify whether you have a preference between digital or paper sketches.
⋆ if commissioning more than a sketch, the sketch will be sent before finishing the final product so that any major changes can be made if needed ahead of time.
⋆ after the sketch is confirmed to be completed, major changes to the design or layout of the piece may not be changed.
⋆ if commissioning a shaded piece, you may not request detail or color changes once the process of shading has begun.
⋆ depending on the complexity of the commission, the time it takes to complete it may range from around a week to a couple months. i will not accept time sensitive commissions. by commissioning me, you agree to be as patient with me as possible.by commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the above terms. please ask if you have any questions!
